Refund & Returns Policy

Important Summary

  • Returns are accepted only for unused items unless otherwise approved under this policy.
  • Used items are eligible for return or replacement only within 30 days of delivery.

1. Order Cancellation

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 10 hours of payment.

Once order processing, preparation, packaging, or fulfillment has started, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the order.

2. Returns & Eligibility

Unused Items — Up to 365 Days

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 365 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If the item is not defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Used Items — Up to 30 Days Only

Used items may be eligible for return or replacement only within 30 days of delivery.

Items used beyond 30 days from delivery are not eligible for return or replacement unless required by applicable law or specifically approved by us.

Return Authorization Required

Do not send items back without prior authorization. The return address may be different from the address shown on the original shipping label.

Unauthorized returns may be refused, returned to sender, or not processed.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Clear photo or video proof is required. Your evidence should clearly show:

  • The product received
  • The defect, damage, or incorrect item
  • The shipping package where applicable
  • The order number or proof of purchase

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery or without clear evidence may not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care or hygiene items

5. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, we may require the customer to cover re-shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

This right may not apply to certain product categories, including custom products, hygiene items, digital products, or other excluded items under applicable law.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we receive, inspect, and approve the returned item.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
